Spray Coating Machines

Barberan only manufacturers ROTARY spray machines. These spray coating machines use the unique gun indexing system that always keeps the spray gun spray pattern at the optimal angle to the part being sprayed. This feature allows for a perfect spray pattern overlap and edge coverage. Because of the rotary feature, it is the most application efficient spray machine available.

The spray coating machine is equipped with two fluid circuits. A single spray machine can be used to apply stain and sealer / topcoat. It is available in a 4 arm and 8 arm version depending on the required machine line speed. When an automatic spray machine is combined with an oven system you get a high production automatic spray system that requires minimal labor to operate it.
