Flat Line Conveyor Systems

Reliable conveyor systems are an absolute need for any complete finishing technology system.  If something as simple as moving items down the line breaks down, bottlenecks could erupt along the entire system.  As such, Production Finishing Technologies is proud to offer an extensive line of quality and reliable conveyors.  Here is a small sample of the conveyors offered:

MAD – This belt conveyor is perfect for syncing the feeding and stacking of items along automatic lines or for combining two work areas that are producing at different speeds.  This conveyor has features of solvent proof and anti static.  There is also an electronic gear box with a speed read out for user maintenance.

MMA – This conveyor contains shafts were discs are combined to create a driven roller table.  These discs provide for the turning of items at the curve infeed and their proper alignment at the curve outfeed.

MMC-180 – This conveyor is a roller disc table that offers a 180 degree curve to combine machine shop areas that are operating in parallel.  Where a normal conveyor would have to find a way to maneuver through two shops, this conveyor can be setup peripherally to provide an ideal infeed and outfeed without affecting operations.
