Drying Systems

The most important component of an automatic finishing line or flat line finishing system
is the oven configuration. The oven system must be engineered to dry or cure the coating being applied at the desired line speed. Normal oven configuration would be a flash tunnel followed by a hot air oven. The heat source for the drying unit can be electric, hot water, or gas. Our drying systems available are:

Laminar air flow flash tunnels
Jetted air and jetted air with IR
IR only
UV curing ovens or tunnels
FIFO Elevator ovens
Stacking ovens
