Production Systems, Inc.

Production Systems, Inc. emerged in 1973 as a sister company to Air Power, Inc., a finishing technology distributor founded in 1967 by Mr. William A. Ball.

Production Systems  provides innovative custom finishing solutions for wood, plastic, and metal products. Located in  High Point North Carolina, we are in the second generation of family ownership and management.

As a leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of complete finishing systems, Production Systems has become a trusted leader offering innovative solutions, exceptional service and technical knowledge.

We supply the following types of finishing equipment:

• Conveyors (in – floor, overhead, chain on edge, spindle, & flatline)

Barberán S.A.

Barberan Headquarters

Barberán, S.A. is an established well known Spanish company that manufactures an extensive line of machinery, mainly dedicated to the wood products industry. We export our machines to  five continents, striving to ensure excellent service to our customers around the globe.

Founded by Mr. Juan Barberán Borraz in 1929 as a small metal workshop in Castelldefels (Barcelona), we remain a family owned business. The close relationship with more than 200 craftsmen at three manufacturing and distribution facilities helps each associate to share a common goal.

Our quality processes were certified in 1995 through AENOR (Spanish Association for Normalization and Certification) and IQNet (International Certification Network), today’s European standards ISO9001: 2000. This guarantees better reliability and performance in our fabrication, distribution and service departments.

Our spray lab in Castelldefels is capable of running any production demonstration. In addition, Production Systems, our USA partner in High Point, has the capability to perform many spray and roll coat tests for most production needs.

Viet Italia

Viet was founded in 1953 by Ettore Vichi and is now in its third generation of family management. Viet has been the world leader in sanding technology since 1970. It was the first company to develop the “drum” sanding technology.

Viet offers a full range of machinery. The machinery line starts with the introductory S219 38” wide machine and evolves to the S4 53” and the S3 Next 63” wide machines.

Each sanding machine frame style is fully customizable with different sanding head modules and accessories. The touch pad control panel allows easy operation the sanding process. The touch screen control offers fully automatic control for height adjustment and the operational parameters of each sanding, brushing, or panel cleaning module.

Each model comes equipped with hold down rollers and an optional vacuum conveyor bed.
