Brush Sanders

Production Finishing Technologies has a variety of products to meet any client’s brush sanding needs.  Here are a few of our top performing options:

Perfection UBBDD – This is the perfect brush sander for the bottom side of raised door panels, drawer fronts, sheet goods, and other options.  Uses bottom sanding drums in combination with spinning sanding discs to improve both quality and efficiency.  In addition to being an effective lone bottom sander, it can be easily combined with a top sander to hit both sides of the finishing material in one pass.

Victory Linear Sander 2T-1R-1L – This sander was originally conceived to handle sand linear stock & moldings.  While the standard configuration is dual top heads combined with one on each peripheral side, it can be customized to fit bottom heads and give full sanding from all directions.  The user may also manually make adjustments to pitch, pressure, rotation, and speed of the brushes.

Excel 4B – This top brush sander is custom designed to lightly sand sheet stock, flat work pieces, flush doors, and even flooring.  Compared to other models of this type, the Excel 4B can be set to feed faster and more aggressively sand depending on the desired output.
