Automatic Spray Machines

For customers who are need of automatic spraying machines, Production Finishing Technologies is proud to offer the Rotary B4 & B8 model.  This piece of equipment has four arms and two fluid circuits (which each circuit containing four guns).  Featuring automatic spray gun tracking, one of the key advantages to this product over competing models is that the spray tips are much closer to the target item.  This increases accuracy and prevents additional overspray within the cabin that is a common problem for competing versions.  Other advantages include high production speeds (up to 60 feet per minute), an improved level of stain appearance, and lower maintenance time and / or costs than will be found in other automatic spraying machines.

Also attached to the Rotary B4 & B8 is a segmented conveyor that provides effective airflow throughout the machine and cabin.  95% of particulate exhaust is captured, lowering inconvenience and health risks to those operating the machine.  This machine also offers greater efficiency and effectiveness by using a modernized system that only fires spray guns that are directly over the target area.  This is done by using state-of-the-art send and receive cells that read the size, shape, and part’s position on the conveyor belt.
